- Decorative Accessories
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.
However:
- colours may vary slightly due to screen settings,
- measurements are approximate,
- and packaging/designs may occasionally vary from images shown.
Availability of products is subject to stock levels.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- and the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- customs processes,
- weather conditions,
- postal disruptions,
- or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery information is accurate and someone is available to receive the order where required.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or repeated failed attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Depending on the issue, we may offer:

- or store credit.

8. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned items must be:
- unused,
- in original packaging,
- and in resaleable condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
We reserve the right to reduce refunds for items showing signs of use, damage or missing packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- personalised products,
- made-to-order items,
- products altered at your request,
- or items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
9. Electrical Products & Safety
Some products sold on this website, including lamps and lighting products, are electrical items.
